Shipping options
Tomatenzaadjes.nl uses the following shipping options within the Netherlands:
- Free shipping with postage (after sending, we cannot guarantee arrival)
- delivery by means of a letterbox package with Track Trace, shipping costs:€ 3,95
Voor verzending naar het buitenland: Europa en wereldwijd hanteren wij deze verzendopties:
- Shipping by a mini package with Track & Trace for Belgium and Germany, shipping costs:€ 6,95
- Shipping by a mini package with Track & Trace other countries within Europe, shipping costs: € 9,95
- Shipping by a mini package with Track & Trace outside Europe worldwide, shipping costs:€ 16,95
If a shipment is sent via free shipping, we are no longer liable for damage or loss of the product once the shipment has been picked up.
Shipments per mini-package Europe and worldwide are offered twice at on location. If a shipment is not accepted, it will be taken to the nearest collection center. There you can pick up the shipment yourself. If the shipment is not collected at the collection center within 3 weeks, the shipment will be returned to us. If you subsequently want us to send the parcel to you again, we will recalculate the shipping costs plus the costs that our sender charges us for the return shipment. These costs must be paid prior to shipment.
