1. General

1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers from Tomatenzaadjes.nl. The conditions are accessible to everyone and included on the website of Tomatenzaadjes.nl. Upon request, we will send you a written copy.

2. Delivery

2.1 Delivery takes place while stocks last.

2.2 Under the rules of distance selling, Tomatenzaadjes.nl will execute orders within 14 days. 3. Prices

4. View period / right of withdrawal

4.3 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

6. Warranty

7. Offers

8. Agreement

11. Liability

12. Retention of title
